the room was spacious it had a living area and a bedroom. the minibar was free and it was restocked daily. the location was excellent with easy access to transportation.
the housekeeping was inconsistent the room was not cleaned by late afternoon despite the sign being on. there were issues with amenities for instance an umbrella was not readily available in the room. i also noticed a cigarette smell on my floor which was unpleasant.

The location is convenient (it is near a large shopping center). The staff was consistently helpful and courteous. I especially appreciated how they fulfilled my specific mattress request perfectly before arrival. The spa, open until 11 pm, offered a relaxing end to the day.
The windows lack ideal blinds. They allow a lot of light, which slightly impacts sleep quality.

the room was clean. the staff were helpful enough.
I was a bit disappointed. the air conditioning barely worked. It was like asking a tired fan to cool a sauna. also, the breakfast buffet was underwhelming. The pastries were stale. i'm not sure what i expected, but it wasn't this.

strategic locationpoor window blindsearly train
the strategic location was acceptable. i could walk to the shopping mall and the bts skyrail easily.
the windows blinds did not block the sunlight. it was annoying. the railway caused early morning noise as the room faced it.

The hotel had many great amenities! i enjoyed the game room with its ps5, the big swimming pool, jacuzzi, and massage chairs. the location was also very nice. It was not far from major attractions. i found that using grab was much better than bothering with local taxis or tuk-tuks! plus, big malls were within 600 meters walking distance!!!
i'm pretty sure this place had its glory days long ago and could use some updating. the rooms felt a little tired.

The staff was proactive with room cleaning. They always asked if we wanted service. the concierge team was also very helpful with luggage. the staff managed everything well, despite lots of luggage!

The hotel location is very convenient , with a short two-minute walk to the BTS Asok station. I found a 7-Eleven across the road, very useful for quick needs. The drop-off lobby offered convenience , especially with luggage. The room had comfortable beds and convenient amenities.
